Administrative Support for Purchasing Department
U Trust Recruitment is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist the Purchasing Manager in Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Purchasing Manager in managing data and computer systems.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure information flow.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
  • Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the purchasing department.


Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience with Excel and Vlookups/pivot tables.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Experience in a similar role.
