Office/ServiceDesk Coordinator

Qualcom Managed Services is a Privately owned and operated business in Newtownabbey. We are looking for an Office /Servicedesk Coordinator to join our team and help with the day-to-day operations of our office. The Office/ServiceDesk Coordinator will **manage the activities of the field service team** in their day-to-day activities of customer support.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail
- Working/Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure

**Responsibilities**
- Answer phones and schedule appointments for our Customers
- Management of multiple ticket queues within Autotask with responsibility for ensuring each ticket is completed within our ISO process and reporting parameters
- Management of the Autotask PSA tool
- Creating and presenting customer reports to management and customers
- Manage Stock and returns Process
- General Office Co-Ordinator

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

- Newtownabbey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
