We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our Ultrasound team We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual with a background in administration or customer service. **About the role**:
At Canon Medical Systems, we offer a full range of diagnostic medical imaging solutions including CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound and MRI, and are committed to delivering optimum health opportunities for patients through uncompromised performance, comfort and safety features. As our Sales Coordinator, your responsibility will be to provide a key administrative support function to our Ultrasound team.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver a superior customer experience, by assisting customers with their enquiries in a timely fashion. You will provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the Sales and Applications teams, with responsibility for creating quotations and other sales documentation, coordinating and submitting proposals, the administration of education events, and other responsibilities where required.

As our Sales Coordinator, you will be instrumental in delivering on our philosophy and supporting our Ultrasound team to deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for providing logístical support for customer facing conferences and meetings, while also providing any other assistance to our teams to assist them in meeting customer requirements.

**What are we looking for?**
- Proven background and experience in administration and/or similar role.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience of using a CRM system would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage data and input into computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work towards deadlines.
- Adaptable and flexible to changing workloads and projects.
- Enthusiastic with an aptitude to learn.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
