The role of Facilities Coordinator is crucial for our organisation, and hiring for this position is essential for several reasons. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring that our facilities services are delivered effectively and efficiently.

As our Facilities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities services are provided in the most effective and efficient way possible. You'll be the first point of contact for our Facilities department, providing support and assistance to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Not only will you be responsible for managing our facilities, but you'll also be a key player in our security team. We need someone with a high level of security awareness who understands emergency evacuation procedures and Health & Safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To supervise control of the internal office supplies, stationery etc. and replacing of stocks when required
- Being a central point of local contact for Facilities Management as well as answering the main office enquiries through different medium
- Assist regional manager in monthly occupation data collection, ensuring staff within the building are recorded in the correct area and under the correct Cost Centre
- The ability to work unsupervised to time scales and under pressure
- Carry out site inductions for new staff
- Use different ISS IT systems to record and close down maintenance and reactive tasks onsite
**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- Ability to demonstrate good knowledge of facilities services
- Demonstrates a good awareness of H&S Issues
- Flexible working hours to meet the needs of the business
- As a term of employment, the jobholder may be required to undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required commensurate with their grade and position in the company
