Position Overview:
AT&T Rentals is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Fleet Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. As one of Ireland's leading Commercial Fleet Rental Companies, specializing in Trucks and Trailers, we pride ourselves on our efficient operations and exceptional service.

Role Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will assist the Fleet Manager in ensuring that all administrative functions are executed seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of fleet operations, including the generation, modification, and updating of all service and maintenance documentation.
  • Monitoring and documenting daily fleet movements within the facility.
  • Handling service inquiries and managing job requests through our fleet management software.
  • Coordinating the scheduling of daily inspections and ensuring timely communication with clients regarding job progress.
  • Assisting with the administration of purchase orders and maintaining organized filing systems for all paperwork.
  • Performing various general administrative tasks to support the Fleet Manager.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with clients and team members.
  • A reliable and detail-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks.
  • Proficient IT skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
This is a Full-Time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
