**The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a QHSE Coordinator or someone with the demonstrable skills to work for a fast growing fitout Business.
We are looking to recruit someone who is passionate about quality, health, safety and environment, & has excellent administration skills.

This role primarily will ensure the delivery of reporting for the compliance and assurance requirements measured against our quality, safety and environmental ISO certification. You will also play a vital role in the successful delivery of our continuous improvement plan.

Reporting to our Head of Safety & Risk you will assist in the coordination of all compliance and assurance requirements that govern our operations.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate the collation of data and information to support our management review process
- Maintain accurate QHSE records and documentation
- Coordinate training programs and track employee certifications
- Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and compliance audits
- Support safety culture initiatives and communicate QHSE policies

**Personal Traits**:
Team player interested in developing further within the QHSE function is essential.
Able to research practical solutions to operational challenges.
Fluent in the English language (oral and written).

**Education & Experience**:

- Previous experience in QHSE administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Have a demonstrated background and knowledge of International Quality (ISO) and HSE standards. Safety qualifications; NEBOSH, & other safety related training.
