Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, cash flow, accounts payable & accounts receivable. This role requires the ability to maintain KPIs in line with business requirements. Key duties include preparing documentation for audits and liaising with auditors as needed, managing office supplies, inventory, and ordering as necessary, and supporting directors and consulting staff. For example, this may involve booking travel, coordinating meetings & events, expense claims, holiday tracking, and preparing quotations.
