Purchase Ledger Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our client's team in Newtownabbey. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, ensuring timely and efficient processing of payments, and providing excellent customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Posting weekly invoices using Sage 50
- Uploading purchase invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Resolving queries via phone and email
- Performing other general office duties as required
The Successful Candidate:
- At least 12 months' experience in accounts, preferably in a purchase ledger role
- Strong knowledge of Sage software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Benefits:
- Competitive salary, estimated at £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
- Part-time opportunity, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:45pm
