About the Role: We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our client's team in Newtownabbey. This part-time opportunity will involve working 3 or 4 days per week, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4:45pm, for a period of 12 months.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in accounts, preferably in purchase ledger. They will be skilled in Sage software and MS Office applications, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills for resolving supplier queries.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Ensure the efficient and accurate functioning of the purchase ledger.
  2. Post weekly invoices in Sage 50.
  3. Upload purchase invoices to Sage software.
  4. Reconcile supplier statements.
  5. Resolve queries with suppliers via phone and email.

Estimated Salary: £27,500 per annum.
