Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced People Team Administrator to assist with various tasks, including employee data management and day-to-day HR queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter employee data into the HR system and create relevant reports.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes and keep relevant portals up to date.
- Help promote and administer benefits packages.
- Develop strong administration and data management skills.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word.
- CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
