Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced People Team Administrator to assist with various tasks, including employee data management and day-to-day HR queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter employee data into the HR system and create relevant reports.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes and keep relevant portals up to date.
  • Help promote and administer benefits packages.
  • Develop strong administration and data management skills.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word.
  • CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
