NFP People | Chief Financial Officer and Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer and Operations Manager to provide strategic financial guidance and operational oversight for NFP People.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing local charity, where you will play a key role in shaping the organisation's financial strategy and operations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing finances, business administration, and staff. You will be responsible for leading the finance team, developing and implementing financial plans, and ensuring the smooth operation of all administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the finance team and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team and Trustees.
  • Developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Managing cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Providing advice on financial matters to the Board and management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Degree in finance or related field, with relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
