Job Description
  • Maintain and implement office policies and administrative systems.
  • Organise meetings, events, or conferences as required.
  • Liaise with employees at all levels, including senior management.
  • Handle telephone calls, letters, reports, and other correspondence.
  • E nsure the office has adequate supplies and resources.
  • Delegate tasks to the administrative team.
  • Promote staff training and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Availability for a temporary assignment.
  • Immediate availability.
  • A background in retail or fashion industry administration is preferred but not essential.
