">Job SummaryYou will lead the EMEA People Services Admin team, providing a professional, compliant, and people-focused administrative service. Your key responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, developing service excellence, partnering with key HR stakeholders, owning and managing team member development, and providing training and ongoing support.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience within an EMEA People Services environment, experience of team management, in-depth knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, and ability to assess and understand underlying risks to delivery. They should also have management of SLAs and KPIs, customer service management, understanding of Data Protection legislation, and excellent MS Office skills.
