**Job Overview:** Youth Services Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our Cambridge City Family Support and Safeguarding Team as a Youth Services Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to the team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to children and young people in need.

This is an exciting time to join Family Support and Safeguarding, and we welcome applications from diverse workers to enhance our workforce. You will have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload of Child in Need, Children in Need of Protection, Public Law Outline, and care proceedings, focusing on children up to 18 years old.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic direction and guidance to the team
  • Ensuring delivery of high-quality services to children and young people
  • Supporting performance and development of colleagues
