Protecting Children and Families in Cambridgeshire

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced social worker to lead our Child Protection Services. As a Child Protection Services Lead, you will provide specialist support and guidance to foster carers and other professionals working with vulnerable children and families.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading specialist social work practice teams to make informed decisions and provide support in complex situations.
  • Developing and implementing effective multi-agency plans to promote the well-being and safety of children and families.
  • Maintaining and updating knowledge of social policy and practice, staying informed of organisational policies and procedures.

This is a full-time permanent position, offering a competitive salary range of £38,258 - £40,958 per annum, depending on experience.
