Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced professional for a permanent Senior Practitioner Adolescent Team role in Cambridgeshire.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £40,000-£48,000, based on qualifications and experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • To provide guidance and oversight in high-risk, complex case scenarios, ensuring that children and young people receive comprehensive support and protection.
  • To assess and evaluate the needs of children and families, developing and implementing personalized support plans that meet their unique requirements.
  • To lead and manage teams, allocating tasks and responsibilities, and promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • To establish and maintain effective relationships with external partners, collaborating to provide seamless and efficient services for children and young people.
  • To remain knowledgeable about current research, best practices, and legislative developments affecting children and families, applying this expertise to inform service delivery and improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Social Work Degree or equivalent qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS).
  • Demonstrated familiarity with relevant UK legislation and policies governing child welfare and family support.
  • Proven experience working with children, young people, and their families, showcasing sensitivity and understanding.
