Social Worker – Family Safeguarding Team

We handle intricate caseloads involving Child in Need, Children in need of Protection, Public Law Outline, and care proceedings, with a focus on children up to 12 years old.

A Motivational Interviewing approach is adopted, collaborating with children and their families to facilitate sustainable change and enhance outcomes for children.

Our multidisciplinary team comprises adult mental health workers, drug and alcohol recovery workers, and adult domestic abuse workers, along with a tailored intervention model.
