About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Support Specialist to join our team in Cambridgeshire County Council. This role will involve supporting children, young people, and their families in managing their support needs.

As a Family Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in using Person Centred Planning approaches to understand the needs of children, young people, and their families.

You will work from various locations and travel countywide independently, providing essential support services to those in need.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between £32,234 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the salary, we offer a range of benefits including a comprehensive wellbeing package and 6 days of protected time for Continuous Professional Development.
