This is an exciting opportunity to join our Family Safeguarding Team at Cambridgeshire County Council as a Social Worker.
Job OverviewYou will handle complex casework, collaborating with families to achieve positive outcomes and applying a Motivational Interviewing approach to support children and families.
Key Requirements- You must hold a recognised professional Social Work qualification and possess relevant specialist training.
- You should have a valid UK driver's license and be able to work from various locations and travel countywide.
- You will demonstrate proven knowledge and understanding of child development, parenting capacity, and safeguarding legislation.
- A competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
