Make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families as a Child and Family Support Specialist with Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. Dedicated to delivering outstanding Children's Services, we foster resilience, establish community ties, and empower families to navigate life's challenges independently.
This role is part of our Adolescent Team, supporting young people facing homelessness, mental health challenges, family breakdown, and vulnerability to exploitation. Our team assigns dedicated staff for continuous care throughout Complex Safeguarding and Child Protection processes.
Job Overview- £38,258 - £40,958 per annum (depending on experience)
We offer an attractive salary range that reflects your qualifications and experience. As a member of our team, you will work closely with other professionals to devise effective strategies and plans, contributing to integrated services and policy frameworks to elevate the quality of care for service users.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining high-quality records, writing clear, concise, child-centred reports and plans.
- Creating a rapport and building relationships with children/young people and their families using a person-centred, strengths-based approach.
