Leading Practitioner in Child Welfare Assessment

Key Responsibilities:
- To assess and manage risks associated with child protection cases, ensuring timely interventions and effective support planning.
- To coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and implement strategies that promote the best interests of children and families.
- To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of evidence-based practices.
- To engage with communities, raising awareness about child welfare and protection issues, and promoting collaborative approaches to addressing these concerns.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, CSS) with significant experience in child welfare and protection.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, case management, and service delivery, with a strong focus on child-centered practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
