About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Worker who can work effectively with children and their families to ensure their safety and well-being.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of Child in Need, Children in need of Protection, Public Law Outline, and care proceedings, focusing on children up to the age of 18.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead professional, ensuring timely and effective safeguarding, escalating when necessary.
  • Undertake assessments to identify needs, building on strengths, and developing SMART targets for clear outcomes.
  • Produce reports and plans for various forums, including court, that are child-focused and reflect their experience.

The salary range for this position is around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
