Youth Care Coordinator

Cambridgeshire County Council's Adolescent Team seeks a highly skilled Youth Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and families.
About the RoleIn this challenging yet rewarding position, you will work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver outstanding Children's Services. You will support young people facing complex issues, such as homelessness, mental health challenges, and family breakdown, providing continuous care throughout Complex Safeguarding and Child Protection processes.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering exceptional support to children and families through ongoing assessments and interventions.
- Collaborating with other agencies to devise effective strategies and plans, enhancing the quality of care for service users.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
- A competitive salary range of £38,258 - £40,958 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Relocation package up to £8,000 for qualified social workers.
- Eligibility for Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) with defined benefits.
