About the Job

Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking a motivated Youth Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Youth Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting children, young people, and their families in managing their support needs.

You will use Person Centred Planning approaches to understand the needs of children, young people, and their families, working from various locations and traveling countywide independently.

In this role, you will provide essential support services to those in need, utilizing your skills and expertise to make a positive impact on the lives of children, young people, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children, young people, and their families in managing their support needs
  • Use Person Centred Planning approaches to understand the needs of children, young people, and their families
Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between £32,234 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive wellbeing package, 6 days of protected time for Continuous Professional Development, and a relocation package of up to £8,000 (eligibility applies).
