About the Role

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Medicines Management Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our medicines management service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines across our trust.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the operational work of the clinical technician medicines management service, planning and allocating tasks, and providing education and training. They will also identify the need for revised Standard Operating Procedures and propose policies and procedures for the clinical medicines management service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • BTEC/NVQ3 Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy, multidisciplinary team working, research, clinical trials, or audit.
  • Knowledge of medicines management procedures and project/change management skills.
