About the Role

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Medicines Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our medicines management service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines across our trust.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operational work of the clinical technician medicines management service, including planning, allocation, and prioritization of tasks. They will also provide education and training to student pharmacy technicians and foundation trainee pharmacists.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • BTEC/NVQ3 Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy, multidisciplinary team working, research, clinical trials, or audit.
  • Knowledge of medicines management procedures and project/change management skills.
