About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Development Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with young adults with special needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care and meal preparation.
  • Motivate and support students to engage in learning activities and promote positive behaviour.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualised plans for each student.
  • Provide administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in Care or Education in the UK.
  • Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
  • Prior experience working with children or young adults with Special Needs.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour.
  • A commitment to safeguarding children and young people.
