**Role Overview**

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Social Worker to join our team at Cambridgeshire County Council. As an Experienced Children's Support Specialist, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families to identify and address their support needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct assessments and create care plans to meet the individual needs of children and young people.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, young people, and their families.
