We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Care Professional to join our team at Athena Care Homes. As a Senior Healthcare Coordinator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered in our home.

The successful candidate will have experience in a care position, effective communication skills, and a proven track record of leading, empowering, and motivating a team.

Responsibilities include managing supervision, appraisal, and performance management of our care team, as well as carrying out enhanced clinical care duties such as clinical observations and monitoring urine output.

Salary: £13.63 per hour. Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts from 8 to 8 based on current resident needs.

Our care home is located in a quiet nook in Chesterton, three miles from the city centre, and offers fantastic 24-hour care to up to 51 residents.
