Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to enhance your current skill base and develop new skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
You will work closely with our clients, providing personal care, emotional support, and assisting with appointments and access to the community. You will be part of a cohesive team that includes a live-in carer who provides additional support and care.
Our clients require support with limited mobility, autism, and personality disorders. You will need to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and understanding when working with our clients.
Required Skills and QualificationsNo social care experience is necessary for this role. We are looking for individuals who possess a caring attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
You will receive full training and clinical support to develop and improve your skills in various complex areas. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a reputable care provider.
