As a Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to individuals in our care, promoting their independence and well-being.

**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will work a 28-hour per week position with shift times of 7am-2pm and 2pm-9pm, Monday to Sunday. They will also be required to work varied shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.

**Requirements and Benefits:**

- Competitive salary package: £26,142 - £29,069 per annum (£11.78 per hour)
