We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Professional to join our team at Eclectic Recruitment in Cambridge.

As an IT Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees and customers. This will include resolving issues over the phone and face-to-face, logging tickets on Freshdesk, diagnosing issues with hardware and software, undertaking ad-hoc projects assigned by the IT Manager, stock management of IT equipment, and educating users on best practices.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, proficiency in Windows Server, O365, Azure, and Intune, experience with networking, a willingness to learn, a driving license, and access to a vehicle. They should also possess excellent troubleshooting abilities, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
