Job Title: Domiciliary Support Professional
Croydon Home Help Limited T/A SureCare Croydon & Sutton is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Support Professional to provide high-quality support to our clients in their own homes.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, working mainly from home (Monday to Friday) with occasional office hours and shift work. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and advocating on their behalf when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized support to clients in their own homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Offering emotional support and companionship to clients
- Advocating on behalf of clients to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
- Prior experience in care and support or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
