**Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Homecare Support Specialist and make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

**Responsibilities:

  • To provide person-centered care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and well-being.
  • To work collaboratively with our homecare team to assess needs, plan care, and deliver compassionate service.
  • To provide interim support to unpaid carers, enabling them to take breaks and maintain their own well-being.

**Requirements:

  • Experience in person-centered care, ideally in a domiciliary or homecare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential).
