Salary: $90,000-$125,000 per year.

We are a leading organization in the Greater Boston Area, dedicated to supporting young people experiencing homelessness. We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as our Executive Director.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-profit management, youth development, and community organizing. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, including managing staff, developing strategic partnerships, and securing funding.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development and implementation of our organizational strategy
  • Manage a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, partners, and community leaders
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support for our programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in non-profit management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leadership and management roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
