We are looking for a Program Director - Software Development to lead the people and operational management of our Open Source Software consulting team. As a senior leader, you will play a key role in shaping the strategy and direction of our team, working closely with Sales, Business Strategy Leads, Delivery, Finance and People Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving for software engineering excellence and best practices, as well as commercial skills and financial savvy. A solid understanding of software engineering and the software services industry is essential.

The Main Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a strategy to create a high performing Open Source Software consultants pool.
  • Leading the People Leads to success in the management and development of the team.
  • Supporting the People Leads in resolving performance issues.
