Teaching Opportunity at Reach Cambridge
">We are seeking highly qualified individuals to join our team as Course Teachers for our residential summer academic programs in Cambridge and online courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, preparing, coordinating, and delivering academic subject courses.
About the Role:
">- Designing and delivering engaging academic subject courses to students aged 14-18 years old.
- Coordinating with the Director of Curriculum to ensure smooth program execution.
- Assisting with pastoral care of students, including dealing with medical emergencies and keeping relevant staff informed.
- Participating in training sessions and weekly lunch meetings to share best practices and brainstorm ideas.

Requirements:
">- Minimum academic level of PhD or formal teaching qualification in your chosen subject.
- Prior teaching experience an advantage but not required.
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans and deliver them effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
">A competitive hourly rate starting from £40 per hour for in-session teaching time.
Schedule:
">Lessons usually run Monday-Friday from 9am-1pm, with options to teach for 2 weeks or 4 weeks during the summer.
