We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Facilitator to join our team in Cambridge, supporting the delivery of our academic programs and activities. As an Education Career professional, you'll have the opportunity to shape the educational experience of students from around the world, helping them develop essential skills and knowledge that will benefit them throughout their lives.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver engaging academic programs, incorporating interactive approaches and hands-on activities to promote student engagement.
  • Provide pastoral care and support to students, helping them navigate the challenges of living away from home and adjusting to new environments.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help students achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • A completed or pending completion undergraduate degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related subject.
  • Proven experience in education, either as a teacher or tutor, with a strong track record of student achievement and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds.
