We're looking for a Nurturing Environment Facilitator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Cambridge. In this vital role, you'll play a crucial part in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters growth, creativity, and academic excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support our teaching staff in developing and implementing effective lesson plans, aligned with curriculum objectives and student needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a well-organized and respectful classroom environment, promoting active learning and social interaction.
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities, workshops, and events that enhance the overall educational experience.
Essential Qualifications and Salary:
  • A recognized degree or equivalent in education or a related field, demonstrating expertise in instructional design and pedagogy.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an educational setting, ideally as an assistant teacher or similar role.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, combined with a deep understanding of child development and learning theories.
