Wintercomfort for the Homeless is a respected and long-standing part of homeless service provision in Cambridge. Our mission is to make a real difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in our community.

We are looking for an experienced Reconnection Project Worker to join our team, working 5 days per week at Overstream House or other locations within Cambridge. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for Job Title: Reconnection Project Worker, Responsible To: Line Manager, Location: Cambridge, and Working Pattern: 5 days.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of the needs of homeless individuals.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £26,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including
