Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Professional to join our team at the Green Skills and Energy Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that meet current and future workforce needs in the renewable energy sector. The role involves developing and delivering high-quality training programs, collaborating with industry partners, monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, and providing guidance and support to students.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for sustainability and green technologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to demonstrate relevant industry skills. Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the renewable energy sector, is essential. A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is also required.
