Training and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Coordinator to join our team at Optima Plus Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and optimizing curriculum offerings in renewable and green energy.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in an appropriate Plumbing/Gas discipline, CCN1 gas qualification, and PTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification. Assessors Award A1 or equivalent is also required.
You will work closely with the Centre Manager to develop and deliver curriculum in plumbing, gas, oil, and renewable energy systems. This will involve adhering to Client and Awarding Bodies' quality assurance procedures and contributing to the growth of our Green Skills and Energy Technology Training Centre.
The estimated salary for this position is £35,131 - £39,004 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
