The successful candidate will have a degree and postgraduate qualification in teaching, with significant experience teaching in primary, secondary, or further education. This role involves organizing and leading selection events to recruit skilled trainers in the UK and globally, developing and coordinating online induction courses, and managing mentoring and co-facilitation programs to support trainers in their initial and ongoing professional development.

We offer a range of benefits, including £38,200 - £48,300 per annum, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, and a group personal pension scheme.
