Gretton School is an independent specialist school dedicated to providing a broad and individualised education for students with Autistic Spectrum Conditions. As a young person development professional, you will work closely with the management team and teaching staff to support the development of social, life, and independence skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalised care plans to support the development of social, life, and independence skills
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students with high functioning autism
- Contribute to a person-centred focus providing a personalised education and care programme
The working pattern involves working one week on early shift (Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm) followed by one week on late shift (Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm-10:30pm). This arrangement provides a great work-life balance and ensures that our students receive consistent support throughout the year.
