Educational Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative lessons that meet the EYFS curriculum requirements
  • Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages social and emotional development
  • Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with educators to develop effective teaching strategies
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records of students' achievements and behaviour
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Educator Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Ability to create a positive learning environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Passion for education and commitment to supporting students' learning and development
  • Flexibility and adaptability
