Young Children's Educator Role

Educational Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative lessons that meet the EYFS curriculum requirements
- Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages social and emotional development
- Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
- Collaborate with educators to develop effective teaching strategies
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of students' achievements and behaviour
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Educator Requirements:
- QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and strong academic record
- Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Ability to create a positive learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for education and commitment to supporting students' learning and development
- Flexibility and adaptability
