Job Description: Supporting Young Minds Teacher
Location: Cambridgeshire, England
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
The Wayman Group is committed to delivering high-quality education to young children. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supporting Young Minds Teacher to join our team and contribute to the academic success of our students.
About the Role:
- Develop and deliver creative lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' social and emotional growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective educational strategies
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of students' achievements and behaviour
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a strong partnership between home and school
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A passion for education and commitment to student learning and development
