About the Role
This exciting opportunity at Bellway plc offers a challenging and rewarding career path for a skilled Legacy Site Manager. As a key member of the Construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction development site, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Oversee daily site operations and provide guidance to site staff.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety procedures.
  • Motivate and support site staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ensure accurate production returns and maintain site records.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager, a valid SMSTS certificate, and GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above). Proficient IT skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential.
