About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support to the CEO, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing the CEO's diary and ensuring his time is effectively utilised
  • Researching clients and creating pitch notes for sales meetings
  • Providing daily invoice payment updates and chasing late payments
Key Requirements:
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Manager/Administrator is desirable but not essential
  • The salary for this role is estimated to be between £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
