Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients and healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: You will provide administrative assistance to our GP practice, including greeting patients, handling telephone calls, and processing registrations and patient deductions.
  • Patient Care: You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure the smooth delivery of patient care, including managing requests for information, reports, and forms.
  • Coding and Data Management: You will accurately code clinical data on SystmOne and manage patient records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve Quality and Outcome Framework targets and contribute to the effectiveness of the team.
About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sound administrative skills to join our friendly team. If you have previous experience in a general practice setting, you will be well-suited to this role. Flexible hours are available, and we offer a competitive salary package.

Salary and Benefits
