Residential Property Administration Position

This opportunity allows you to become part of a well-established property company in Cambridge, recognized for their professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer a portfolio of residential properties in Cambridgeshire
  • Manage pre-tenancy processes, including property inspections, inventory, and deposit administration
  • Maintain adherence to current lettings laws and industry standards
  • Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, and colleagues during tenancies
  • Conduct regular property inspections using Peach software and submit detailed reports to landlords
  • Negotiate lease extensions and ensure compliance with contractual and legislative requirements
  • Update property records and handle insurance claims on behalf of landlords
  • Address tenant and client inquiries regarding property-related matters

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • A collaborative team player with attention to detail and accuracy
  • A confident and composed individual who performs well under pressure
  • A good understanding of IT systems, particularly Aspasia

Remuneration Package:

£32,000 - £35,000 annual salary, plus a comprehensive benefits package including life assurance, pension, private GP, flexible benefits, and discretionary bonus.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 6 pm, occasional Saturdays.
